Jackass: The Game is a video game based on the television series Jackass. It was developed under license by Sidhe for PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable. The Nintendo DS version of the game was developed by Sensory Sweep Studios.
All of the Jackass cast (except Bam Margera, who does not appear in the game due to contractual commitments with Activision) and crew provided their own voices and provided their likenesses for the game, according to Sidhe. Interactive. The game uses motion capture to replicate the movements of the cast. However, Ryan Dunn did not participate in the motion capture filming due to his diagnosis of depression from a blood clot. However, he voices his character in-game. Johnny Knoxville and other members of the Jackass team also provided the developer with stunt ideas based on unused stunts from the series
