The Midway Harbor Arcade Race Boat. The premise is non-existent, you just need to rev the engines and travel through 13 waterways located in Antarctica, the Far East, the Greek Islands, and more. on different types of futuristic boats. The races use the usual arcade checkpoint system and scattered throughout the courses you will find an assortment of bonuses and upgrades like nitro boosters.

The graphics are fully 3D with reflective water effects and realistic bouncing and hitting in the boats. Multiplayer competitions are supported for 2 players on the PlayStation version.
