When a criminal gang of street racing villains steal Professor Justice's secret Velocity X fuel formula, his son Max must put his driving skills and mean street machines to the ultimate test.

In the game, the player must drive one of more than 30 Hot Wheels cars in races on 3D curvilinear tracks, which include strip loops or crazy stunt launchers.
