Hitman: Absolution is a third-person stealth video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows in November 2012.
Designed and produced by Tore Blystad, it is the first game in the series to be released on the PlayStation 3, and is also the first installment published by Square Enix, following their acquisition of Eidos Interactive in 2009.
