Guitar Hero Live is a rhythm video game, developed by FreeStyleGames and published by Activision, released in October 2015 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, as well as iOS.
Guitar Hero Live serves as a reboot of the Guitar Hero franchise since its last installment, Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, in 2010. It introduces new gameplay mechanics, including a redesigned guitar with a new 6-button layout , a new style of full motion video presentation, simulating a realistic concert experience from the guitarist's point of view, and a new Guitar Hero TV mode to house multiplayer as well as new playlists, in the style of TV channels musical.
