GOLDEN AX (SEGA GENESIS SG)

Golden Ax is a side-scrolling beat 'em all/hack 'n' slash action video game developed and published by Sega, released in 1989 on an arcade machine. It takes place in a traditional medieval-fantasy universe bringing together classic elements of the genre (barbarians, dragons, dwarves, magic...) The game has been ported to Mega Drive, Master System, PC Engine and various micro -computers.
