Final Fantasy X (often abbreviated as FFX), is the tenth canon installment in the Final Fantasy role-playing game series, and the first installment released for Sony's PlayStation 2. The title was released in Japan on July 19, 2001, in the United States on December 18, 2001, in Europe on May 24, 2002 (May 29, 2002 in France), then in Korea on June 4, 2002. This is the first game of the series to be edited in Korea.
