DORA THE EXPLORER JOURNEY TO THE PURPLE PLANET NINTENDO GAMECUBE NGC

Dora and her trusty monkey companion Boots are gazing up at the stars when to their surprise a spaceship lands near them. Aliens from the purple planet come out to say hello, but just then the ship crashes - Dora takes it upon herself to help the aliens get home by collecting enough gems to propel their spaceship for a flight back.

The player controls Dora as she searches for gems throughout the game. Gem collecting is interrupted by basic button timing puzzles and Swiper interrupts. After collecting enough gems, the player flies into space to collect gems in a space mini-game followed by more planets and levels. Dora's voice acting is done by original voice actress Kathleen Herles.
