Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (Donkī Kongu Toropikaru Furīzu?) is a 2.5D platform video game developed by Retro Studios, Monster Games and Nintendo SPD and published by Nintendo for Wii U. It was announced during the 'E3 2013 and was released on February 13, 2014 in Japan and February 21, 2014 in Europe and North America. The game was re-released for Nintendo Switch in May 2018.
