Disney Sports Skateboarding, as its title suggests, is a skateboarding game based on the Disney license. It features eight levels spread around the world and many favorite Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy.
Like most modern skateboarding games, the structure of Disney Sports Skateboarding owes a lot to the Tony Hawk series. Here the tower system is much simpler as there is no balance meter and most towers require fewer buttons. Each level has a set of objectives that must be completed to progress, such as a high score objective, knocking over objects, or completing a checkpoint race.
