Diddy Kong Racing is a racing video game developed and published by Rare, and distributed by Nintendo, released in 1997 for the Nintendo 64. On the Nintendo DS version of the game, released in 2007, the game was developed by Rare and published by Nintendo. The game uses the same principle as Mario Kart, this time with characters from the Rare universe.
