DESTROY ALL HUMANS (XBOX)

Destroy All Humans! is a third-person shooter video game released in 2002 for Xbox and PlayStation 2. It was developed by Pandemic Studios and published by THQ. It depicts a bellicose "furon" (an extraterrestrial race) named Crypto whose mission is to enslave the human species as well as recover DNA from their brain stems. He is helped in his task by Orthopox-13 (Pox) his hierarchical superior who gives him his mission objectives. The game is set in the 1950s (1959) in the United States. It honors and parodies the science fiction B series of this period. He also does not hesitate to make fun of the growing paranoia of the red threat (USSR) which the government uses to conceal the presence and actions of the alien.
