Dance Dance Revolution, or DDR, is a video game played with your feet. It was created as an arcade game by Konami in Japan in 1998 on the Bemani System 573 Analog system. Since then, many variations have appeared, for example versions that can be played at home. Until 2008, European versions of the game and some Japanese versions are known as Dancing Stage.
