Damnation is a third-person shooter set in a steampunk universe in which the player takes control of Rourke, fighting hordes upon hordes of enemies, jumping from rooftop to rooftop, and performing other climbing exercises to accomplish objectives such as freeing a prisoner or shutting down a factory. Joining him are the Indian medicine man Yakecan and the cowboy Ramon Sepherius Zagato.
