Crash 'n Burn is a futuristic racing video game for the Panasonic FZ-1 3DO, sold as a bundle with the console. It is the first game developed by Crystal Dynamics. It was released in 1993 to accompany the launch of the 3DO.
The game takes place in the year 2044, after a nuclear cataclysm. The player assumes the role of one of six drivers in a car competition, equipped with a unique car and a supply of deadly weapons.
The game is not to be confused with Crash 'N' Burn released in 2004 for the Xbox and PlayStation 2, which is unrelated to the game on 3DO.
It is the first textured 3D racing video game.
