An arcade game from Data East, Cobra Command is a side-scrolling 2D helicopter shooter in the tradition of Choplifter. Your mission: fight your way through six stages (Sumatra, Java, Borneo, South China Sea, Siam and Enemy HQ) and rescue the hostages.
Along the way, you can acquire upgrades for your weapons, missiles, armor, engines, and lifesaving equipment (ropes, ladders). You will need them as swarms of enemy soldiers, artillery, tanks, helicopters, fighter jets and warships stand in your way.
