CARS (PSP PORTABLE PLAYSTATION)

Cars is an arcade racing game based on the Disney/Pixar film of the same name. The player can unlock and drive vehicles across numerous tracks and environments in the world of Carburetor County. The game features authentic voiceover talent from the film and offers a variety of ways to race (story mode with elements from the film, Grand Prix where you unlock tracks, custom race, and postcard races with collectibles).

Unlike the console versions, there is no free roaming and less emphasis is placed on the story. Evil cars have taken over the tracks and Lightning McQueen and his friends must defeat them, loosely inspired by elements from the film, in 25 events. Ad hoc WiFi multiplayer is supported for up to four racers. Three game modes are available in multiplayer (Single Race, Postcard Race, and Multiplayer Grand Prix). The tracks have dynamic elements with shortcuts and you can collect boosts by drawing or sliding, for extra speed or even a jump.
