For decades, the clans of Bloodland have been locked in endless war; then the Wanderer arrived with the Book of Knowledge. He divided the book and gave a piece to each clan, hoping that the clans would come to rely on the new knowledge gained from each other. The Drifter is gone and the clans, hoping to reassemble the book, return to their old ways.
That's when Syn appeared. She transformed the pieces of the book into weapons and organized a tournament of clan warriors. Whoever wins the tournament will control the Book of Knowledge and become ruler of Bloodland.
Cardinal Syn is a blood-versus-combat game, set in a series of character-specific arenas that can include traps such as toxic puddles or lava. Players can choose between 20 characters, each with unique combos and weapons (including ranged and magic attacks) and fight their way through the tournament. Additional modes include Training, Survival, and Team Battle.
