You play as Captain Addis, a former US Army officer during the Vietnam War. Today, twenty years after the war, you are sent on a mission to follow the Ho Chi Minh trail and save the American airmen left behind.
In this action game, you navigate your character in top view and continually shoot enemies, turning them in different directions, as they are not always facing the direction they are moving. For example, you can walk backwards while shooting at enemies chasing you. The enemies include not only various types of gunmen, armed with guns, flamethrowers or grenade launchers, but also tanks and helicopters. You can blast open crates to find ammo and supplies. Defeated enemies also drop items for you.
