Honey Bunny was taken prisoner and Bugs Bunny set out to save her. Bugs has to deal with those rogues Daffy Duck, Sylvester, Wiley Coyote and Yosemite Sam who intend to stop him from accomplishing this task.
The game consists of sixty levels. Bugs must collect all the carrots in a level to beat it. It's not as easy as it looks because the levels are usually like labyrinths with lots of stairs and pipes that need to be traversed for the bugs to find all the carrots. Also, while Bugs is trying to find his way around, enemies will constantly chase him. He can deal with these enemies by pushing heavy objects on them or find boxing gloves that allow him to punch his opponents. Bugs can also find an item called Magic Carrot Juice which grants him temporary invincibility.
This version should not be confused with the similarly titled Game Boy version which has its own unique level layouts.
