Borderlands 3 (sometimes abbreviated BL3) is a first-person shooter video game, developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games, released on September 13, 2019 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, then on Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 in November 2020. This is the fourth mainline game in the Borderlands series, preceded by Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! (2014).
