BloodRayne is a series of video games published by Majesco Entertainment and developed by Terminal Reality (main series) and WayForward Technologies (spin-off series).
The BloodRayne series began in 2004 with the release of the first game developed by Terminal Reality, a hack'n'slash action game. The BloodRayne franchise has two series: The main one consisting of two 3D games and the spin-off series consisting of a 2D side-view game. The appeal of the series consists of a mixture of action and horror with the heroine a half-vampire, which made it possible to go beyond the genre of the video game and to know several adaptations, just like several other franchises of video games ( Resident Evil, Tomb Raider, etc.).
