BEYOND GOOD AND EVIL (NINTENDO GAMECUBE NGC)

Beyond Good & Evil is an action game with diverse gameplay. Much of the game is stealth and puzzle-based, but there are racing, shooting, combat, and platforming action sequences. Jade fights with her staff and also uses various abilities to execute long-range attacks and solve puzzles. Many puzzles require switching between characters and using their special abilities; it is often necessary to coordinate the actions of two characters to achieve precise cooperation that leads to the solution of a puzzle. Besides hostile areas with puzzles and enemies, there is also a town and other friendly areas to explore, where various items and gadgets can (and sometimes must) be purchased. There are several mini-games and even an online ranking system (used by entering codes online after they are awarded in-game when saving the game).
