Astro Boy: Omega Factor (Astroboy Tetsuwan Atom: Atom Heart no Himitsu in Japanese) is a video game jointly developed by Sega's Hitmaker studio and Treasure company.

Released in Japan on Game Boy Advance in 2003, this game depicts the adventures of Astro, the hero of Osamu Tezuka. It will be distributed in Europe fourteen months later in a slightly improved version.
