Long, long ago, our world and the elemental world existed as one, but for unknown reasons they were separated, and if they were to join now, the results would be catastrophic for humanity. In the skies above Tokyo, events are occurring to lead to such an event. The only ones who can prevent this form from occurring are the Maidens, maidens capable of communicating with beings from the elemental world known as Arcana.
Arcana Heart is a 2D fighting game adapted from the arcade original. Choose from one of eleven Maidens and eleven Arcanas, each with their own unique abilities, and find out what's going on in Tokyo. The game plays similarly to the Guilty Gear series, incorporating a variety of advanced techniques such as air dash and dash cancels, and allowing for complicated high-speed battles.
The game includes standard story, arcade, and versus modes, as well as a practice mode and unlockable art gallery. Players can choose between the original version of the characters or the rebalanced versions of the Arcana Heart FULL arcade update!
