APACHE: AIR ASSAULT PLAYSTATION 3 PS3

Apache Air Assault is a helicopter flight simulation. The player takes control of an AH-64 combat helicopter and completes a variety of missions in three different scenarios. Settings include Eastern Europe, Africa, and South America. Each scenario has a different story, revolving around each battleship's pilot and gunner.

The player's campaign missions typically consist of search and destroy objectives, along with occasional air support deployments to protect friendly vehicles and ground troops. The weapon loadout varies from helicopter to helicopter and includes guided hellfire missiles, hydra rockets, anti-aircraft missiles and the built-in machine gun turret. The turret can be controlled either by an AI gunner, manually while in flight, or by switching to a black and white gun camera that includes an infrared sight for better spotting of troops on the ground. Countermeasures against incoming missiles are available and deployed automatically. A large amount of decals can be unlocked by completing certain mission objectives or attempting higher difficulties. Four of these decals can be applied to each helicopter skin in the hangar.
