American Football is a sports simulation game for two players only. The action begins with a kickoff, after which the receiving team attempts to run down the field while avoiding being tackled by the defensive team. The offensive team performs pass interference. The ball can be passed between players or kicked toward the goal line. After a tackle, the offensive team gathers, a "play" is chosen, and the quarterback receives the ball and attempts to break through the defensive line again. During play, team members can all move at the same time, or individuals can move separately.
