Alien Invaders ARCADIA2001

Alien Invaders is a variation of Space Invaders. A 14x5 rectangular formation of enemy spaceships appears from the top of the screen and slowly approaches the Earth's surface. You control a mobile missile launcher that can fire at the invaders, while the aliens attempt to bomb you. As in Space Invaders, there are fortifications that can protect you from the bombs, and these slowly wear down as they are bombed. There is also an enemy mothership that appears above you, which gives you bonus points. But unlike Space Invaders, there is only one wave. Once the main enemy formation is defeated, you can only earn more points by targeting the motherships until the five-minute timer runs out.
