ACE: Another Century's Episode R JAP IMPORT JPS3

In the ruins of a dead planet, a call rings out, summoning aces from 10 different universes against their will. None of them know why they were summoned, but rivalries soon resurface. On top of that, the amnesiac girl who summoned them, Autumn Four, finds herself under attack from Winter One's android army. Sides are quickly taken as the aces try to find a way home.

As in previous ACE games, Another Century Episode R assembles a motley crew of super-real robot pilots from a variety of series and sends them on missions against all manner of mechanical enemies. The game begins by selecting a path, one for each series. The paths begin with single missions before converging into a single series of shared missions that lead to the end. Mission objectives are rarely more complex than destroying all or some enemies.

Each mecha in the game has unique stats and short- and long-range attacks, both of which can be upgraded with points earned during missions. During combat, a tension bar will fill as weaker attacks are used, allowing access to higher-level attacks once filled. Each mecha has a shield system to defend against long-range attacks, a boost to close the distance to a distant enemy, and rapid transformation between alternate modes for any mecha with transformation modes.
