10 Minute Solution is a workout game based on the already established workout DVDs of the same name. This arcade-style workout game lets you create your own workout routines based on 10-minute exercise blocks. Workouts are organized into 3 main categories: Cardio Boxing, Mixed Games, and Aerobics, each offering several different workout games to choose from. You have the choice between 16 exercise mini-games and 2 levels of difficulty. The player will also be able to select the gender and personality of their trainer.
