Ape Escape is a platform video game developed by SCE Japan Studio and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for PlayStation. This was the first game playable exclusively with the DualShock. Ape Escape was first released in North America on May 31, 1999, and shortly thereafter in Japan as Saru!
